Parse virtually any fixed text data file and export the parsed data to a CSV text file with the Data Parser for Fixed Text from Pervasive DataTools.

The Data Parser for Fixed Text supports reading data from fixed-length flat files and provides a graphical interface in which you can manually define the data records and data fields or apply an external dictionary file. COBOL copybooks, C structure, and other external dictionary files are supported.
