DataSolutions are billed to your credit card every 30 days. You can cancel the subscription at any time and you won’t incur further charges, but you are responsible for any charges already incurred before cancellation.

Pervasive offers a free 30-day trial on certain solutions. Your first charge will come 30 days after you sign up. You will be notified by e-mail before your trial expires that a charge is forthcoming, and will be provided the opportunity to cancel at that time. If you cancel before this first charge, you will not be billed.

If you cancel after you are billed, no refund will be issued. You can cancel your subscription at any time by visiting: https://www.pervasive.com/solutions/Subscriptions.aspx

It is our policy that customers cancel their accounts themselves. Emails, phone calls and/or voicemails are not an acceptable method of cancellation.
