Security Token Retrieval

Your Salesforce security token is required to successfully connect to Salesforce. To retrieve or request a new security token:

  1. Click setup in the upper right corner of Salesforce (or in the dropdown of your username if using the new Interface)
  2. Click "Reset your security token" in the "My Personal Information" section.
  3. An email will be sent to the email address associated with your Salesforce user with the new security token enclosed.

**NOTE** If this feature is unavailable to you or are you unsure what this will do, please contact your Salesforce Administrator before doing it.
