How-To Migrate to the New Billing System

We recently changed billing systems and are working to get our Active customers migrated over from the old system to the new one.
This is where we need your help; because we do not store your payment information that you entered when you first signed up for our solution, we need you to provide that information for the migration to be complete.
It is important to note that you will not incur any additional charges to your account when providing us with your payment information.
This is for Active customers only. If at any point you receive the message “You currently do not have any subscriptions to be migrated. If you feel this is an error please contact solutionssales@pervasive.com”and feel this is an error, please contact us as your account may be Suspended (or you have Cancelled in the past).
The simple migration steps are as follows:
1. Go to https://www.pervasive.com/solutions/MigrateSubscriptions.aspx
2. Sign in with your Pervasive User information (username and password that you created when you initially signed up).
Note: If you have a Subscription for a free solution, your Subscription will be migrated automatically and you will will not see the screens as shown in Steps 3 and 4; you will be directed to Step 5 as your Subscription is migrated and grandfathered in with the price of $0. As a result, we never ask you to enter a credit card. If you receive the screens in Steps 3 and 4 and know you had a Subscription of a free solution, email solutionssales@pervasive.com so we can address this.
3. As the page reloads, a pop-up will appear (as illustrated in the screen shot below). Because you are migrating and not cancelling; click ‘OK.’
4. Once you have clicked ‘OK’ you have now reached the page where you are to enter your payment/billing information. Once entered, click ‘Enter & Select.’ On this step, the screen appears as follows:
Note: Once you hit ‘Enter & Select’ the page may take a few moments to load. Don’t hit refresh or back; there will be confirmation it is complete.
5. Your migration is finished! You will be brought to the following screen (seen below), which shows which Subscriptions were migrated.
If you receive the message "You currently do not have an account in our new billing system. Please contact solutionssupport@pervasive.com" then your Account was not migrated and you should contact us, if you have not already done so.
After you have migrated to the new billing system, you will receive an automated email that you have a new subscription; this confirms that the migration worked.
