Pervasive PSQL Service and Support
Who benefits: This course is designed for new and existing Pervasive PSQL users who require in-depth technical knowledge of Pervasive data management products in order to facilitate CPT certification, application design and integration, deployment, QA, or support. This course provides the educational foundation to maximize use of Pervasive PSQL, minimize customer TCO and increase end-user product experience.
Delivery:The 3-day, instructor-led course is available in open-enrollment sessions (see web site for exact dates and locations), or it can be delivered at your site. Custom on-site classes can be created in shorter lengths, if needed, by cutting out some sections. Contact us for details.
Prerequisite: None. This course is designed for all levels of attendees.
Open Enrollment Price: $1850 per attendee for the three-day session.
On-Site Price: For 1-6 students: $2500 per day; Additional students: $250 per day per person.

Advanced Data File Recovery for Pervasive PSQL
Who benefits: This extremely advanced course is designed for Pervasive PSQL support professionals who need the ability to work with files at the lowest level to effect corrupt database analysis and recovery.
Delivery: Due to the extremely high technical level of this course, it is not available as an open-enrollment session. The 1-day, instructor-led course is available for on-site sessions only. Contact us for details.
Prerequisite: Due to the extensive use of S&S concepts in this class, the full Pervasive PSQL Service & Support course is a required pre-requisite to this session. Additionally, a solid understanding of the hexadecimal numbering system and other similar low-level computer concepts is expected.
