Uninstalling Pervasive.SQL Workgroup

The uninstall program removes all Pervasive.SQL Workgroup components from your system that were added by the installation.

The uninstall program does not remove the following:

Databases that you create under the Pervasive.SQL Workgroup installation directory (which is C:\PVSW by default).

DSNs and database names associated with those databases.

Databases in locations other than the Pervasive.SQL Workgroup installation directory.

DSNs and database names associated with those databases.

To uninstall Pervasive.SQL Workgroup:

Access Add/Remove Programs from Control Panel on your Windows operating system.

Click Pervasive.SQL Workgroup Engine in the list.

Click the button to remove a program. The button may be labelled Add/Remove or Remove. The program to uninstall Pervasive.SQL Workgroup begins.

Click Next.

Click the Remove option.

Click Next.

A dialog appears that informs you the program is ready to begin removing Pervasive.SQL Workgroup. At this point, if you want, you may click Back to change or review any of the settings, or click Cancel to exit the uninstall program.

Click Remove to begin the uninstall process.

Click Finish when the uninstall program completes.

Reboot your system if prompted to do so.
