Common Questions After Installing Pervasive.SQL

Show this topic in Library frames

This section contains information that you should read after running the installation program. If you are having problems with your installation, go to Chapter 12, Installation Troubleshooting or get help online from our Knowledge Base website at http://support.pervasive.com/eSupport.

If you are installing the Workgroup engine, you must install it on every computer that is expected to share data within your workgroup. Because every computer must have the Workgroup engine installed, there is no need to install the client software separately as required for the Server engine.
