If you are a Pervasive OEM Partner, you may bundle these documents with your application. If you are not a Pervasive OEM Partner, you cannot include these documents with your product. Instead, you must provide appropriate installation and configuration instructions to your end users, as well as information for contacting Pervasive Software to obtain these documents.
