Pervasive Software and Cloudera Partner to Accelerate Big Data Processing on Apache Hadoop

Certification by Cloudera Confirms Robustness of Pervasive DataRush Dataflow Together with Apache Hadoop
 
AUSTIN, Texas – September 22, 2011Pervasive Software® Inc. (NASDAQ: PVSW), a global leader in cloud-based and on-premises data analysis and integration, today announced that Pervasive DataRush™ for Hadoop v5.1 is a Cloudera Certified Technology, confirming that users can reliably expand the speed and efficiency of new big data solutions.  In addition, Pervasive is now a member of the Cloudera Connect Partner Program.
 
The Cloudera Certification process validates product compatibility with Cloudera’s Distribution Including Apache Hadoop (CDH).  The assessment addresses overall architecture, observance of the Apache Hadoop interface classification system, integration sufficiency, compliance with Cloudera support policies and requirements, and cluster capability using real-world workloads and micro-benchmarks.
