Pervasive Software Spotlights Data Innovation at IntegratioNEXT 2010, Including Launch of Pervasive Data Integrator v10, Cloud Edition

General Availability Release Features Unlimited Connectivity and Pervasive DataCloud-Powered Design, Deployment and Management Flexibility

AUSTIN, Texas – November 2, 2010 - Pervasive Software (NASDAQ: PVSW), a global leader in cloud-based and on-premises data integration, today announced continuing innovation investment with a major release of one of its flagship products, Pervasive Data Integrator™ v10, Cloud Edition. Running on the new Pervasive DataCloud®2 Fall Release, the hosted integration platform offers a new rich browser-based design interface and extensive cloud connectivity. As part of the offering, Pervasive also announced unlimited connectivity, providing all users of Pervasive Data Integrator v10, Cloud Edition full access to Pervasive connectivity with no incremental per-connector fees.

Pervasive DataCloud2 Fall Release provides enriched platform extensibility and performance monitoring, as well as multiple availability zones, queuing services, and a no-cost SDK to allow partners and users to write new connectors. The new offerings are spotlighted at IntegratioNEXT 2010, Pervasive’s annual data integration user conference November 1-3, 2010 in Austin, Texas.

Pervasive Data Integrator v10 on Pervasive DataCloud extends Pervasive’s broad stack of offerings on the cloud, including Pervasive Data Profiler™ and Pervasive DataRush™, giving customers the speed, economics and scalability of cloud-based delivery with the breadth and power of more than 25 years of data integration and connectivity expertise.  Pervasive Data Integrator v10 on Pervasive DataCloud allows for management and monitoring from any browser-enabled device and features an enriched user interface and an extensible service-oriented architecture.

“I’m jazzed about the debut of Pervasive Data Integrator v10 on Pervasive DataCloud, and it’s exciting to unveil it at IntegratioNEXT,” said Mike Hoskins, Pervasive CTO and general manager of Integration Products. “Our product teams work in concert to deliver unparalleled innovation in our product stacks with the move to cutting-edge cloud-based solutions to give our customers even more connectivity, design and deployment options. The many organizations that already embrace best-of-breed SaaS applications can now run one hundred percent of their integrations in the cloud as well.”

“We’re changing the game.” said Lance Speck, senior director of Pervasive integration sales and marketing.  “We already lead the market in connectivity.  With this innovation to our model, our customers and partners are able to grow and expand their connectivity infinitely without the need to purchase additional connectors. They can’t get that anywhere but Pervasive.”

“We’re looking forward to Pervasive Data Integrator v10, Cloud Edition and to exploring how we can use it to deliver yet more innovative cloud-based services and solutions to our customers," said Eric Jozwiak, president of Keystone Business Services. “Leveraging Pervasive Data Integrator on Pervasive DataCloud extends our ability to bring the speed, simplicity and economics of on-demand technology to our customer base.  We’re excited about the enriched integration management capabilities that Pervasive DataCloud Fall release provides.”
