Pervasive Software® Inc. announced financial results for the second quarter ending December 31, 2010. For the second quarter ended December 31, 2010: Revenue was $11.7 million, compared to revenue expectations for the quarter in the range of $10.8 million to $11.8 million communicated on October 19, 2010, and compared to $11.6 million for the second quarter of last fiscal year. Net income was $0.4 million, or $0.03 diluted earnings per share, compared to diluted earnings per share expectations for the quarter in the range of $0.00 to $0.03 communicated on October 19, 2010, and compared to net income of $1.0 million, or $0.06 diluted earnings per share, for the second quarter of last fiscal year.
