Pervasive Software today announced that its Board of Directors authorized a new $10 million stock repurchase plan.

John Farr, president and chief executive officer of Pervasive Software, will present at the B. Riley Ninth Annual Las Vegas Investor Conference taking place April 1- 4, at the Palms Casino Resort Las Vegas. Randy Jonkers, chief financial officer for Pervasive Software will also be in attendance.
