Pervasive Software Announces Filing Of Secondary Public Offering
AUSTIN, TEXAS—February 16, 1999
—Pervasive Software Inc. (NASDAQ: PVSW) announced today the filing of a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed public offering of 3,000,000 shares of common stock, of which 1,500,000 shares are being sold by Pervasive Software Inc. and 1,500,000 shares are being sold by selling stockholders. In addition, Pervasive Software Inc. has granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 450,000 shares to cover over-allotments, if any.
