You can purchase Pre-Packaged Solutions, Connectors, Plug-ins and/or Templates. Each product provides a different set of Materials. Please look at questions regarding each product to see the difference.
A “Solution” is a product that provides a turn-key project with a point to point integration. All “Solutions” are delivered with their own engine either through DataCloud or the DataCloud Agent (for on-premise integrations) and provide all the tools needed to run. Other than a subscription agreement, no additional costs are incurred for the use of a “Solution”. “Solutions” are a quick and easy method to get your integrations up and running in no time. With a “Solution” it’s all about configure and deploy.
A “Connector” is an easy to install source or target adapter that allows you and your users to connect to an application, file or database for use in Data Integrator’s Map Designer. Connectors allow users to pick their application, file or database and begin mapping from a source field to target field in seconds. These adapters increase the speed in creating a customized integration with the ability to provide mapping, transformations of data, record management and much more.
A “Plug-in” is an easy to install component that enable users to take advantage of external workflow tools within Data Integrator’s Process Designer. When creating a workflow, users may require steps that encompass options such as email, ftp, web service calls, queuing systems and much more. A “Plug-ins” will fill that need to stop custom coding in order to make it simple and easy to provide flexibility and functionality to your workflows.
A “Template” is pre-created workflow and/or map that allows user to either learn or take advantage of when starting on a project.
People who purchase a Solution will not require the purchase of Data Integrator. People looking to purchase Connectors, Plug-ins and/or Templates must have purchased Data Integrator Engine or Designer.
Engines are only included with Solutions.
The agent is a small install that will deliver Pre-Packaged Solutions. This includes integrations or other needs delivered by DataCloud.
Please contact Pervasive using the following form. Pervasive will have a 60 day return policy. Returns are approved at the discretion of Pervasive.
Due to the 30 day return policy customers may get a refund if they feel their purchase did not meet their satisfaction. Solutions may have a trial option at the discretion of the seller.
Support information and communication for any Solution, Connector, Plug-in or Template can be found on the product page. All communication will be direct with the Seller. If you require support for the Pervasive Data Integration product please contact Pervasive at support@pervasive.com.
Upon completion of the purchase an email will be sent to you confirming the purchase and a second email with access instructions. The email will contain instructions on how to access your “Solution” or how to download your Connector, Plug-in, Template.
Your credit card will be credited with the purchase amount.

You will have 60 days to access your download. After 60 days you can contact Pervasive if you have any issues.
